Mission Statement for Franklin County Library Franklin County Library is a public service agency which provides printed and audio-visual materials to all community residents. The library strives to provide patrons with high demand materials and to serve as an access point to independent learning efforts. Reference work is encouraged through the genealogy and local history department, electronic interlibrary loan, and Internet access computers. The development of life-long reading habits is encouraged through special programs for children. |
