Books  Books are loaned for two weeks and may be renewed twice unless on reserve or seven days overdue. A fee of $.10 a day will be assessed for each day overdue. Books can be renewed by phone.

Movies  Movies are loaned for two days, two per household, and are not renewed by phone. A fee of $1.00 per day per movie will be assessed for each day overdue; a rewind fee of $1.00 will be assessed for VHS unwound movies.

Music  Music CDs are loaned for two weeks and may be renewed twice unless on reserve or seven days overdues. A fee of $.10 a day will be assessed for each day overdue. Music can not be renewed by phone.

*A free library card is issued to persons at least five years of age, who live, work, or go to school in Franklin County. If under 14 years of age, a parent, grandparent, or guardian must sign for registrant. Registrant must provide a name, address, and phone number of a reference that lives in the county but not in the same household.
* Any loan item and Internet usage requires a valid, clear Franklin County Library card.
