View of Vietnam
Sunday, May 18, 2025 @2 PM The Franklin County Historical Society presents: "View of Vietnam" at Franklin County Library, 105 S. Porter Street, Winchester. Fifty years ago the costly and devastating Vietnam War came to an end. Thousands of American troops were deployed, six of which were Franklin Countians who lost their lives. War correspondents and historians have provided countless overviews of the war itself and the related politics; however, our purpose on May 18th is to see the war through the eyes of residents. Join us for a fascinating look at a complicated subject.
